Husband Hillman Ball (with a knack for design and hand craftsmanship) and wife Rebekah Ball (who has worked in fashion most of her life) started their retail journey as the founders of local brand Clyde Oak. Clyde Oak is a collaboration of the husband and wife’s designs and goods – and a variety of other craftsmen’s goods to bring you “thoughtful, quality goods” that are American made. The Clyde Oak brand is sold through their online store and in store at Oak + Co. The brick and mortar store in Raleigh is a way for Hillman and Rebekah to display their own works and the works of the craftsmen they collaborate with that they take pride in the most.
