I can’t take credit for this find, it was actually my manfriend who found out about Carolina Moon on Instagram and talked me into a Sunday drive up to Triangle Town Center to find out more about this local retailer who calls the North Raleigh mall home.
Lucky for us, we showed up the day before they were packing their small (but mighty) store up to head into a new, larger space in the mall – which they totally deserved. This small store was packing a serious local punch with t-shirts, decals and other southern brand staples.

The Carolina Moon Store thanks you very much for this wonderful article! We were totally surprised and very pleased! Our focus these past few months has been on growing the business. We just haven’t had time to do any promotions or much Social Media. Your article is just what we needed to help get the word out about our new store and our many, many Carolina product connections. We’ve already had a few customers visit us today because of your blog.
We are still setting up the new store and have plans to add more North Carolina products. We are also putting in an embroidery machine and will start custom monogramming in a couple of weeks. We will monogram products bought in the store or products brought into the store.
