I’m a mom to a chatty two-year-old little girl named Kennedy, and I, maybe, most definitely, have a shopping addiction. Lisa here at iheartretail.com has so graciously offered to let me contribute to the local retail chronicles in order to justify my addiction. She is both a wonderful friend and an enthusiastic enabler; I <3 Lisa.

With that said, I am very much looking forward to sharing my Cary/Raleigh retail finds with you. As I’m a bonafide mom who apparently can no longer shop for myself, the majority of my contributions will likely be baby/child focused. Consider yourself warned…

So what’s my personal style like?

For my mommy job, I gravitate towards comfy cotton dresses, tanks & cardis, and most definitely flats. When I’m not running through the park with K, I prefer to don vintage inspired dresses and skirts. I’m hoping to have a few more chances to rock the latter

Kennedy can be seen in both butterflies and dinosaurs, and she loves anything that sparkles. Her favorite color is every color
