For anyone who has ever been part of a fashion show, especially the non-profit ones that are supposed to help generate exposure and funds for their hosting organizations, you know how incredibly time-consuming and expensive they are to produce. So it certainly comes as no surprise that after a long run of many successful annual “Couture for a Cause” fashion shows, Activate Good is giving a new program a try for 2017: Shop for Good – Holiday Shopping with Heart.

Shop for Good is a week-long shopping extravaganza featuring both online and in-person opportunities to shop for items on your holiday shopping list with proceeds benefiting Activate Good and other local causes. Find great deals on gifts for others (or yourself) during our Shop for Good Online Auction between Black Friday (November 24) and December 2. Then, join us for one or both of our live Shop for Good events – the Day Market and Shop for Good At Night – including entertainment, refreshments, and unique goods sold by vendors with proceeds benefiting local charities on Saturday, December 2 at Marbles Kids Museum in downtown Raleigh.
