One of my favorite consignment stores in all of the Triangle, Revolver in Downtown Raleigh, is taking your spring and summer items and offers lots of guidance on how to get turn those items in your closet that you’re not wearing into cash or a fresh selection of new-to-you looks!
Revolver, at 122 Glenwood Avenue, is ready to start consigning your items! Please call us to make an appointment at 919-834-3053; below are the guidelines to follow.
This season Revolver is focused on curating a more high-end fashion forward inventory for our valued customers. We have a firm 30 item limit per appointment this year and are accepting specific designer and brand name pieces in the most modern styles and best condition. Included in this email is a list of brands for any new or returning consignors who need a guideline. If you have more than thirty pieces to bring, you are welcome to make a second appointment during the season. The 30 piece limit will allow us to price your items and get them on the sales floor more quickly, making you more money immediately. Please help us to make the process more efficient and count before you come.
Just as before, we ask that all items be washed or dry cleaned before your appointment. Condition will still be the first thing we look for, so to streamline the process please make sure to check for any spots, stains, holes, pulls or discolor. However much we want to keep great designer pieces we sadly always have to turn down items with any visible wear or damage. For example, problem areas for men’s dress shirts are usually the collar and underarms, so check at home and save some time.
For consignors that choose to pick up after their items have expired, we have changed the grace period to 2 weeks from your pick up phone call.

If you have less than five items to consign, you can stop in without an appointment between noon and 5 p.m. on Thursdays at Revolver to drop off your most sellable wardrobe pieces. If you have more items, the appointment schedule is as follows:
