During the special event, shoppers will have the opportunity to receive 15% off their purchase and enjoy complimentary light bites + drinks. In addition, clients will have the opportunity to meet the buyers and reps from French Connection. bevello understands that women are a philanthropic force and wants their clients to know they support causes that women care about. bevello sees themselves as part of the local community and are delighted to give back and spread the love. Lauren Whitehead, Facilities Project Manager at bevello, “The word ‘cancer’ had such an increased impact on me when it touched someone I love. My family has been greatly affected by this disease as have many of the friends and family members of our clients…even several of our clients themselves. I believe in the mission of the Kay Yow Cancer Fund and I love that we can join efforts with them in the fight to end women’s cancers.”

About the artists: Clark Hipolito, owner of The Art Company Inc., based in Raleigh focuses on original art, murals, specialty finishes and award winning commercial interior designs. In 2004 the NHL commissioned him to create a large-scale installation for the NHL Draft. His artwork, surfboards, skateboards, and apparel have been purchased by actors, rock stars, and pro athletes. Hipolito’s art has also been featured on television shows such as “Sex and the City”, “Dawson’s Creek” and “One Tree Hill.” Kim Kirchstein, owner of Leopold Designs, specializes in hand-dyed Batik and Shibori silk fabrics. Using sustainable soy wax and low-impact dyes on natural fabric, Kirchstein creates a unique piece of art which is hand-dyed one by one. Kirchstein’s designs have been featured in Redress Raleigh fashion shows and Couture for a Cause.
