I’m really ashamed to say that this business I’m about to tell you about is literally right across from my office, yet I’ve never stopped in. (Hangs head in shame.)
No really, this is the view from my office – and that is the front window of Scentsuosity in the Carter Building on Glenwood South in Downtown Raleigh
I had no idea what Scentsuosity was, until I saw that they are debuting a new scent bar and apothecary station tonight, and I started reading up on what all they have to offer shoppers in downtown Raleigh.
In a nutshell, the boutique offers skincare products for both men and women, classes (like handmade milk soap, natural luxurious lotions, and more), yoga, and more.
Tonight’s event is described as, “Follow your senses and join me for an after work event all about wellness and pampering. I am very excited about introducing my new Scents Bar where you can customize and make your own scents with aromatherapy oils, botanical flavors and selected herbs that are great for beginners. Custom blend your scent and mix it into your very own body/massage oils, natural scrubs, lotions, and bath salts.” You can purchase tickets only for $20.
