Earlier this summer, the gang from the Downtown tree house office and retail shop Feelgoodz announced a partnership with musician Jack Johnson for a line of flip flops that you can feel good about. 100% of proceeds from this unique collection benefit the Kokua Hawaii Foundation, supporting environmental education.
With plenty of flip flop weather left through August and September here in NC, now’s a great time to order a pair online or visit their store to try on a few.
The Feelgoodz women’s “Slimz”, show above, were selected by Jack Johnson and his wife, Kim, with “colors and designs complementing his latest album, ‘From Here To Now To You'”, according to the Feelgoodz website. The all-natural flip flop is made from 5L Thai rubber and is designed to mold to the foot, providing custom arch and heel support.
The Feelgoodz Kinderz, pictured above, are the men’s version, billed as “Jack Johnson’s everyday flop”. The shoe is made from natural products including veggie-tanned leather upper with natural rubber midsole and outsole and described as “podiatrist designed for a comfortable, soft footbed with complete arch support”.
