Cute Buttons Gift and Paper Boutique is a stationery boutique located in Cary, NC, specializing in invitations, personalized stationery and colorful gifts.
This is a paid, part-time position.
In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing and helping to grow the retail side of the Cute Buttons store. Social media skills, past retail and customer service experience is a super plus. Social media and marketing interest and/or experience would be an added benefit too!
The gals at Cute Buttons are looking for someone who can work 12 to 15 hours a week (days and times are flexible) and a few Saturdays a month.
Job Description & Requirements:
- Passionate about merchandising, store design/display and retail sales
- Incorporate and update our existing social media platforms on a regular basis to drive traffic to the store and our website
- Daily correspondence with customers through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings
- Project management which includes quotes, proofing and production process with clients and vendors, and communicating with clients and vendors.
- Possess the ability to execute client services from the appointment to delivery of custom products
- Scheduling bridal appointments, track custom due dates, and daily tasks
- Be friendly, outgoing, personable, have exceptional customer service skills and are able to establish and foster strong relationships with customers
- Be organized, tidy, intentional, self-motivated
- Be a good listener, quick learner, swift executer, problem-solver
- Have exemplary work ethic (that goes without saying) and eager to go above and beyond call of duty
