The Carter Building, one of Raleigh’s oldest family-owned buildings, is hosting the newest take on date night this Friday. You and your significant other are invited to Sip and Shop: Date Night Style on September 15, 2017, from 5 to 9 p.m. at 14-22 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27603. No ticket is required for this free event!

Grab your mate and make this an evening to remember in this Downtown Raleigh historic building. The Carter Building is home to such artists and businesses as Front Row Cosmetics, Katie Callahan & Co (specializing in antique and vintage fine jewelry), Raleigh Vintage (voted one of the top vintage clothing stores in the country by Vogue Magazine), Colors of Yoga, and several other vendors and artists of all mediums.
Pitch and Primer is getting in on the festivities with an Airstream full of stylish menswear for sale. There will also be a VW Bus photo booth parked outside to capture the evening.
Enjoy great deals on clothing, cosmetics, jewelry, art, and more from local favorites.
Cocktails, Food, and Live Music
No date night is complete without some cocktails! Bartenders will be on hand making craft cocktails and showing attendees not only how to make them but giving out the recipes as well.
If you get hungry during all of your sipping and shopping, make your way to the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck for a bite to eat.
Ready for some dancing? Stop by the “Dude Lounge” in local app developer Launch Lab’s studio. There you will find a live local performance to get you moving!
