{Our Team} Meet Gentry!

Hey everyone!

My name is Gentry Anderson and I am a sophomore at NC State. I have been a part of the iheartretail.com team since November 2015 and have enjoyed every second of it! Currently, I am studying Brand Management and Marketing in the College of Textiles, and I am also minoring in Business Administration. I have always been interested in fashion and love having the opportunity to study it from a business perspective.

I am from Winston-Salem, NC and have always adored living in the south. Football tailgates, sweet tea, big family reunions, and my cowboy boots are a few of my favorite things. Coming to NC State for college has been one of the biggest blessings in my life! The education I am receiving, friends that I have made here, and opportunities this campus provides, have given me the best college experience I could ask for. I love being apart of Chi Omega sorority, CRU campus ministry, the University Scholars Program, and the honors textiles fraternity Sigma Tau Sigma.

Living in Raleigh has totally convinced me that it is my favorite city in North Carolina. From window shopping to trying out new restaurants to visiting popular retailers, exploring Downtown Raleigh is one of my most treasured pastimes. I am a huge supporter of local businesses, and love the culture the downtown area provides.

It has been a pleasure working as a part of the team thus far and I look forward to helping to keep you all updated on news and events happening with local retailers in the Triangle.
