I hate that I didn’t get a chance to check out Let’s Shop Local at the NC State Fairgrounds and meet the event curator, Anne, the first time around, so I won’t be missing it this weekend.
Described on their website as as place to “shop locally handmade items from local artisans. Every purchase supports a local business. Listen to the music, performed live, by talented local musicians as you shop our indoor marketplace”, admission tickets help support Raleigh Little Theatre’s Youth Scholarship Program.
The event is Sunday, March 23, from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Holshouser Building at the N.C. State Fairgrounds. Admission is $3 for adults, children 12 and under free.
