{You’re Invited} Cute Buttons Gift and Paper Boutique Holiday Open House benefiting SAFE Haven for Cats

On Tuesday I told you about Swagger’s Holiday Open House taking place from 6:00pm until 9:00pm today, but I would be remiss if I didn’t also give you the skinny on another great Cary retailer, Cute Buttons Gift and Paper Boutique, too! (Especially since there is plenty of time to attend both and even stop and visit a few other Cary retailers in the same trip. Win-win? I believe so!)

Cute Buttons Gift and Paper Boutique {Cary | online} is hosting its third annual Holiday Open House to benefit SAFE Haven for Cats today – Thursday, November 4 – from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. In addition to enjoying food, merriment and great shopping, customers can purchase $2.00 raffle tickets to win prizes (all proceeds from the raffle go towards SAFE Haven). Local businesses like Michael’s Memories, The Green Kangaroo, Arbonne Cosmetics, The Pleasant Bee, Bedazzled, Jewels by Park Lane, and others join Cute Buttons in donating great prizes to be given away during the open house.

SAFE Haven For Cats (SHFC) is a no-kill shelter for cats located in the North Raleigh area of North Carolina. They are a unique community-based animal shelter. In addition to providing adoption services for cats and kittens in need of good homes, they also manage a foster program for animals requiring a little extra love and care. They also assist the community in providing feline spay and neuter services in connection with the SAFE Care Feline Spay Neuter Clinic.

If you haven’t picked out your holiday cards and special event invitations yet (ahem, just like moi), be sure to stop in and visit with Alison! She has an amazing selection and you can shop happy knowing that you’re keeping your consumer dollars local this holiday season.

Cute Buttons opened its doors in downtown Cary in September 2008. In just two short years, the store has become a local favorite spot to find stationery, invitations, and gifts, and is located at 115-A West Chatham Street in Ashworth Village.
